Tommy Stewart

Founder & CEO

Tommy Stewart has been active in leadership within the private, public and voluntary sector for 35 + years. 


After spending 15 years managing Christian organisations, employability programmes and local authority services, Tommy launched a consultancy company in 2002 that provides a wide range of research, strategy  development and evaluation services.


Tommy’s primary passion is to see communities, cities and nations transformed through Christians who lead being encouraged, equipped and empowered.


He serves as a director/trustee of regional and international Christian organisations including Youth for Christ and Bible Society. He is the founder of ‘Christians Who Lead’ and ‘Excel Leadership International.’


Tommy is married to Roberta and has three adult sons: Simon, Daniel and Thomas. He holds a Master’s degree in Missional Leadership, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, along with Post Graduate Diplomas in Management and Pastoral Ministry.

Audrey Curry

Advisor

Audrey’s strong Christian faith has guided her life journey, providing her with opportunities to share her faith in the workplace and in church communities.


In her teaching career Audrey was 6th Form Director of Studies in a large inner-city school in Belfast. She was Vice Chair of the foundational Board for Young Enterprise in NI and worked in advisory roles for a range of pioneering education projects.


Returning to Stranmillis University College as a lecturer in 1992, Audrey progressed to the role of Director of Community Engagement and External Affairs. Her passion and expertise allowed her to introduce a Leadership MEd programme where she worked with education professionals from across the UK for almost 30 years.   Enhancing Work Integrated Professional Learning Models and Contemporary Leadership Issues in Public and Third Sector Organisations were key areas of teaching, research and scholarship focus.


After early retirement, in her role as the Director of a Christian Charity - Equipping for Life, Audrey continues to utilise her skills and passion for unlocking potential with children and young people. 


In her ‘spare time’, Audrey is a CMB Image Consultant, an Associate for Common Purpose and a WIB Coach Mentor.

Tom Camacho

Advisor

Tom helps leaders cultivate rich, full lives as they build strong relationships with God, others, and themselves. After years of leading in the church, business and the military, he now focuses his energy fully on helping leaders thrive. 


His passion is helping leaders find the joy of leading from their God-given identity and design. Through teaching, training, writing, speaking, and personal leadership coaching, he helps leaders cultivate the maturity that leads to strong thriving and increasing impact. 


In 2013, he found his sweet spot in coaching Christian leaders to greater thriving, and training leadership coaches to do the same. Soon after, he founded The Fullness Group, Inc., a company dedicated to helping leaders discover joy in their leading while maximizing their personal and professional growth. 


Tom has a BA in Journalism from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a Military Science degree from Duke University. He served as a helicopter platoon leader for the US military before entering the corporate world as a Human Resource leader, specializing in leadership development. In 1996, he left the corporate world to follow God’s call to leading in the church as a pastor and church planter. 


After completing Biblical training with the Association of Vineyard Churches USA, he and his wife, Beth, have planted three churches. In 2014, he became the National Director of Leadership Coaching for Vineyard USA, overseeing and developing a network of coaches to serve the intense needs of church planting pastors and their families.  He has trained and certified more than 100 coaches in multiple nations, designed and facilitated leadership conferences, and personally coached hundreds of leaders in ministry, missions, non-profits, business and the military.

Robin Nesbitt

Advisor

Robin is an experienced Leadership Development Facilitator and Executive Coach who has been developing leaders and coaches globally for almost 10 years. He is an accredited Analytic Network Coach who has developed a Christian Coaching model, recently training over 50 coaches for Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland.


Robin’s heart is to see others embrace their humanness, their God given identity and design, so they lead themselves and others authentically for the sake of the Kingdom of God. Whether he is training or coaching leaders in business or church, his passion is to see leaders bring out the unique treasure in each other and their organisations.  


He has over 14 years’ experience as a Middle and Senior Manager within the private, public, faith, and voluntary sectors, with a number of these years’ in Higher Education leading change in colleges and universities in Scotland and Ireland.  Robin has worked for two churches in Scotland leading youth and community development initiatives and co-founded a social enterprise in Scotland with national and international reach.  


Since 2013 he has been facilitating leadership and personal development, accredited and non-accredited Management and Leadership programmes across the private and public sectors internationally. He has trained and coached 750+leaders, in churches, non-profits, charities and companies ranging from small businesses to large multinationals. Robin currently teaches on an International Executive MBA and an Applied Theology degree. 


In 2014, his coaching work, as part of a small team of coaches, was recognised by two ‘Highly Commended’ Coaching Awards from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is an accredited British Psychological Society Occupational Ability & Personality Assessor and is Certified in a range of behavioural assessment tools.


Robin currently lives in Northern Ireland along with his wife and dog Ollie, his daughter is at University in Manchester. He places an active role in Lagan Valley Vineyard Church, loves to travel, explore new places and meet new people. For Robin, there is nothing better than experiencing live music and lingering over good food and coffee.

Lyle English

Lyle was brought up in a Christian home with his parents being missionaries for many years in South Africa. He is a member of the local Baptist church where he has been active in various roles including being a deacon for a number of years.

Lyle had 25 years of experience in management roles in the banking industry. He has been able to work in 16 different countries, in a wide range of sectors including with leadership teams of various churches and Christian organisations.

Lyle works with all levels of management from Team Leaders through to Senior Management. His work involves a bespoke blend of workshops, master classes, extended leadership programmes and supported by 1:1 coaching.

Sophie Green

Sophie Green is the founder of Wild Grace Associates; a virtual assistant business helping individuals, small businesses and nonprofits manage their admin, social media and keeping them organised so they can achieve their primary purpose. 


Sophie has worked in administration and management roles for the last 10 years in a range of industries including christian church/ministry, education and small nonprofits before launching her business in July 2019. She currently works with a wide range of individuals who run youth charities, financial planning organisations, Christian leadership and church planting ministries, women's health and fitness courses and athlete talent management agencies.

Sophie is located in the Malvern Hills area where is is apart of a small community of faith. She recently achieved her BA (Hons) in Theology online, during lockdown. In her free time, she loves to travel, connect with friends, bake sweet treats and is currently taking ice skating lessons.

Everything Ricky does is underpinned by a passion to see growth in others. He is an experienced facilitator, coach and technologist with over 20 years of experience in delivering technology transformation in small and large organisations. He is always exploring what is possible when people have a vision for creating change that matters.


Through the global pandemic, he worked in partnership to deliver a national Wellbeing Campaign for Faith Leaders. Wellness is something that he remains passionate about today and continues to use his unrelenting optimism and infectious energy to help individuals to improve their wellness so that they can serve others well.


Ricky is married to Katie and they have two children. Together their hope is to live in a way that would inspire others to live and lead like Jesus. They lead a home fellowship with teaching centered on discipleship.
